Specialist property litigation firm Brady Solicitors continues strong growth with the appointment of six people.

Brady Solicitors has recruited six new individuals in response to growth in key areas of its business, especially service arrears recovery.

Clare Brady MD, commented: ‘We have enjoyed good year-on-year growth since launch but last year was exceptional, with increase in turnover and a substantial portfolio of new clients. With this growth came the need to bring in extra resource and I’m delighted that we have secured top quality people with relevant experience in this niche sector.’

Annette Frost has joined Bradys from Nelsons Solicitors to take up the post of Head of Service Charge Recovery and brings with her many years of experience in debt recovery. Annette commented: ‘I am excited to join Bradys as head of the service charge recovery team. I look forward to using my knowledge of legal collections and enforcement of commercial debts to further develop Bradys’ standing as experts of service charge arrears.’

Highly experienced service charge solicitor Harpreet Lehal has joined from a London law firm to work with the firm’s property management clients. Harpreet added: ‘I look forward to getting involved with cases where clients need specialist knowledge of property law, especially the complex service charge arrears cases so we can ensure clients are always provided with comprehensive legal advice.’

Completing the intake of new recruits are service charge coordinator James Wren, credit controller Mark Reynolds, conveyancing assistant Lizzie Collingham, and marketing executive Victoria McDonagh.
