Joining Brady Solicitors in July 2024 as Chief Commercial Officer, Emma Wilson brings over 25 years’ experience in commercial property, as well as over 35 years’ experience in senior leadership roles. Having previously held management roles within the logistics industry across Europe in Belgium and the Netherlands, Emma admits she fell into the property industry when returning to the UK and has never looked back since.
Whilst working within the property industry Emma has a proven track record of driving company growth, building brand presence, and introducing innovative commercial strategies. This has resulted in her playing a significant role in growing organisation from £3 million to over £340 million.

A bit more about Emma
Outside of her professional life, Emma has plenty of creative and active pursuits. She has previously enjoyed cabaret singing – attempting to emulate Blondie – as well as walking her dog, cooking, and socialising with friends. Hosting large gatherings is one of her favourite pastimes, usually with a G&T in hand. As a former triathlon athlete, Emma has always enjoyed keeping active, though she now prefers long walks to long-distance races.
