Those involved in the management of leasehold property continue to navigate increasing regulatory expectations, growing resident scrutiny, recruitment challenges, inflationary pressures and the ongoing debate surrounding leasehold reform. At the same time, they remain responsible for delivering essential services that keep millions of homes safe, compliant and well managed.

Despite the importance of the sector, there remains surprisingly little independent data capturing the realities of day-to-day leasehold property management. That is why Brady Solicitors has partnered with News on the Block to launch a new nationwide industry research project designed to provide an accurate snapshot of the challenges, opportunities and priorities currently shaping the profession.

We invite managing agents, management companies and freeholders from across the UK to participate in this important research project. The survey is anonymous, takes less than 10 minutes to complete, and all participants will receive access to the final whitepaper once the research has concluded.
