Liz Rowen brings nearly 20 years of experience in property law to her role at Bradys. She first joined the firm back in 2014 as a Junior Solicitor, before returning in 2023 to lead our litigation team. Since then, her role has evolved to cover both litigation and leasehold transactions.
Liz’s legal career has always been firmly rooted in the property sector, with a particular focus on leasehold property. That depth of experience means Liz has built a strong understanding of the sector’s complexities—something that’s hard to come by without years in the field. She’s also a member of The Property Institute (TPI), staying on top of legislative changes and industry developments through regular events and updates.

What Liz brings to the team
“I try to bring a mix of legal expertise and wider industry awareness to the team – whether that’s understanding recent legislative changes, knowing which blocks are switching management, or just having a feel for the commercial challenges clients are dealing with.”

A bit more about Liz
Outside of work, Liz has recently taken up running (no marathons just yet), and enjoys long dog walks—although she admits her Rhodesian Ridgeback tends to be the one doing the walking. When there’s time, she loves the idea of getting stuck into a good book with a glass of wine… though her kids often have other plans!
