September saw Brady Solicitors first visit to Celtic Manor for the 7th RESI Conference . The focus of RESI 13 was very much around the PRS (Private Rental Sector) model with many managing agents going away considering how their model fits the new landscape. As a provider to the property management industry we need to ensure we can match the challenges of the client offering whether that means better reporting or more innovative cost structures.RESI offered great and receptive atmosphere to meet up with friends old and new.
