Getting started at Brady Solicitors
Joining Brady Solicitors marked an exciting new chapter in Jamila’s career. From day one, she found the team to be both welcoming and supportive, helping her quickly feel part of the firm.
A structured induction and comprehensive IT training programme ensured she had the tools and confidence to get started effectively, making the transition into her new role a smooth one.
Developing in the Role
Jamila’s role as a Solicitor involves providing legal advice, attending meetings, and working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm. Early in her time at Brady Solicitors, she was involved in a complex matter which provided a valuable opportunity to accelerate her learning.
She credits this experience, alongside a willingness to ask questions and seek support, as key to building her confidence and expertise in a short space of time.
