We were instructed by a client who needed a quicker-than-average completion on his purchase of a leasehold flat. The client was a cash buyer and the property was empty, but it was Lesley’s hard work, commitment and years of leasehold conveyancing expertise that allowed the purchase to go through in record time.
We received the instructions on a Monday afternoon, the client brought in the relevant documentation on the Tuesday and we exchanged contracts and completed the purchase the following Wednesday – a total of nine days.
