Brady Solicitors has secured the Law Society’s kite-mark of excellence for a further 12 months, following a clean bill of health in the rigorous annual Lexcel audit.
Managing Director Clare Brady explains:
‘We first started working towards Lexcel accreditation in 2011 and, the following year, we became the first specialist property management law firm to gain the Lexcel badge.
‘Lexcel is the Law Society’s international practice management standard for law firms and in-house legal departments, to give clients assurance of high client care and management standards.
‘It keeps us focused on providing excellent levels of service and also encourages excellence in systems development and client communications – both of which Brady Solicitors is well-known for.
‘I’m pleased that we’ve flown through our annual audit for a second year running and very proud that we continue to have this external verification of our high service standards.’
