A recent project to integrate Brady Solicitors’ debt recovery systems with a client’s own credit control processes has ensured a more streamlined process and quicker cash collection, Brady service charge specialists explain.
‘The managing agent uses an off-the-shelf package for their service charge credit control. We have had training on the system and our fantastic IT team here at Bradys has worked with our client to ensure that we have access to the system directly from our desktops, which lets us manage the arrears cases from here and add our updates directly into our client’s system, speeding up the whole credit control process.
