The Brady Solicitors team got a new client relationship off to a flying start by collecting in ground rent arrears within 5 working days of being instructed by an asset management client.
The client needed a new legal partner to take swift action on its outstanding ground rent arrears. The client also needed its legal provider to take a sophisticated and tailored approach that would avoid the need for the usual route of possession, with brand and reputation management being of prime importance.
