After a number of preliminary hearings and judgments, the case finally reached Willesden County Court, where the judge grew frustrated at the unnecessary delays and misinformation and awarded our client the arrears and substantial legal costs in full.
The client is happy as they have recovered the arrears and have no legal costs to pay. The leaseholder may however consider finding a new solicitor should he choose to default on his service charge another time.
