Leaseholders in high-end developments have exacting expectations from their property managers, including zero tolerance for disruptive or antisocial behaviour from other residents.

We started working with our client in mid 2020, when they identified that they needed a property management law firm that matched their sophisticated offering and level of service.  

Whilst the vast majority of leaseholders were respectful residents, the development was suffering from a small number of breach of lease issues that were having a considerable impact on quality of life.  Airbnb and other forms of subletting, together with antisocial behaviour and parties (including during lockdown) were frequent occurrences.
