A recent case in the central London County Court has brought a smile to the face of one of Brady Solicitors’ lettings clients, who had been battling with tenants that had refused to pay rent since 2011.
After hearing the evidence and Brady Solicitors’ arguments, the District Judge ruled that all £50,000 of rent arrears plus substantial interest, mesne* profits and most our legal fees were all payable – bringing to a satisfactory conclusion a long-running and difficult situation for our client.
