Brady Solicitors have won the Legal Services award for the second year running at the national Property Management Awards.
The property management specialists at Nottingham-headquartered Brady Solicitors have once again been crowned winners of the highly competitive Legal Services category at the annual awards ceremony, organised and hosted by leading industry publication News on the Block.
What did the judges say?
The independent judging panel for the awards included RICS associate director Georgiana Hibberd and Ian Fletcher, government adviser on housing and director of the British Property Federation.
Their comments included: “Brady Solicitors delivered once again by showcasing their continual drive for improvement. They offer an instance response and clients have described them as ‘A total stress buster for managing agents’, and ‘The next best thing to having an in-house lawyer’.”
Award is a great way to round off a very positive year for Brady Solicitors
Clare Brady, MD and founder of Brady Solicitors commented:
“To win the Legal Services award again is a tribute to the hard work, dedication and ambition of the Brady Solicitors team. The Property Management Awards get bigger and bigger each year and the competition gets hotter so we are delighted that the independent judges have recognised Bradys in this way.
“Over the past 12 months we’ve recorded substantial growth, taken on some talented new lawyers and launched our ‘exemplary client experience’ programme. Winning the Legal Services award is a great way to round off a very positive year for Brady Solicitors and we look forward to building on this success in 2015.
“Our thanks go to all our clients who voted for us and congratulations to all the finalists.”
The Property Management Awards recognise the excellence and professionalism of all specialists working in the industry both at an individual and company level. Brady Solicitors also won the Legal Services award in 2011.
