Lexcel success for Brady Solicitors

Brady Solicitors has passed its 2019 Lexcel assessment, securing ongoing accreditation to the Law Society’s valuable kitemark of quality in legal practice management.

Jane Bullock, office manager at Brady Solicitors, worked closely with MD Clare Brady to ensure that our processes and procedures meet and exceed the stringent requirements set down by the Lexcel standard. The Lexcel assessment considers seven areas of law firm management: structure and strategy, financial management, information management, people management, risk management, client care, and file and case management.

Jane explains:

“We first secured Lexcel accreditation in 2012, becoming one of only a small number of property management solicitors to do so. Since then we have worked hard to ensure we retain our ‘badge’ of success, as we believe it is an important indicator for both clients and staff that we are well-run and well-managed law firm.

“We are delighted to have secured ongoing accreditation in 2019. It is a rigorous process but one that we find valuable as part of our commitment to continual improvement.”
